Called in for breakfast this morning, the young man that was behind the counter only just said hello. I went to the counter to order and he wasn't very polite,I asked for my yolk to be hard and he just looked at me like he didn't know what I was talking about, made a facial expression. The place was cold, the breakfast came out hot but soon got cold. The bacon was very fatty and the sausages were 'spongy' not nice, and the toast was cheap white sliced bread, thought an Italian place would have had sourdough or something a little better.A bit of a disappointment to be honest.
Me and my friend visited the cafe. The staff are so welcoming and accommodating. I have an allergy and nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious and proper chips! We will definitely be returning and especially now I know my furry companion would be welcome too!
Found this place by chance while looking for somewhere to have a light lunch. The staff were lovely and friendly and the owner couldn't have been more accommodating and chatty. Portions are generous and the coffee is very good. Despite being quite full we couldn't leave without sampling the delicious pastries either. All in all, a great little find with the bonus of having a secluded outdoor seating area to the back of the property. We will be back soon!
We were originally looking for a coffee stop but decided to stay for lunch because the menu looked great. We were not disappointed. Everything was good except a poached egg wasn't totally running, but did not spoil the visit at all.
Me & The wife called into Beverley on our way home, wife always likes a coffee so whilst she was window shopping I spotted Blu Luna, nice little place amongst the usual Cafe Nero etc. I'm so glad we called in for a late breakfast. It was a warm welcome and made to feel at ease and choose our table, I understand some other comments about tight tables, which might be a squeeze if full. Never the less we ordered 2 x cappuccinos, Nduja & Tuscan sausage. Service was very friendly and didn't wait too long for our food, which they were both gorgeous, great coffee's. When entering, you see their sweet treats & paninis in full view (next time) lovely decor with seating up and downstairs, also outdoor seating front & rear. In all, we had a great experience and look forward to returning sooner rather than later. Thanks, Neil & Jane
