Crema Coffee House

First visit to this cafe . Ordered sandwich which became apparent that was stale bread so couldn’t eat ate , upon paying I mentioned to lovely young lady that the bread wasn’t fresh , she apologised but still took payment . I then asked her to feel how hard the bread was as I didn’t feel it was fair I was paying for stale bread . Another girl abruptly snarled saying there was nothing wrong with the bread ! Would not return !!

Unwelcome with a walking stick . Requested a downstairs table of which there were two available and one becoming available . Staff member suggested we go upstairs for a table . We pointed out walking issues to which she reluctantly agreed muttering within ear shot “ just this once “ . We will never return

Really nice, lovely staff good food and service. Nice clean facilities. Recommend the cheese scones.

Such a charming establishment that we found by chance. Wonderful coffee and excellent desserts, even some vegan options available with was another lucky break. Wonderful warm welcoming staff.

Received a very friendly welcome on visiting, the cakes were superb as were all our hot drinks. Liked the extra hot water in a jug with an Americano and the babychino was good. We've been here a few times and each time it's been good.
