Carriages Knaresborough

Popped in for a pint with the wife when visiting Knaresborough. Will go again, especially in summer to make use of the beer garden. Really friendly owner. Good lagers and ales on tap. Didn’t have any food but menu looked canny, especially the tapas.

Super friendly staff and fantastic food. Food was worth the wait which wasn’t long at all. We booked ahead and turned up early but the table was ready. Would certainly recommend

We misjudged how long it would take us to get there & arrived an hour early! Not a problem, immediately seated. Tapas menu was excellent so of course we over ordered! Eyes bigger than bellies. Portions are generous - two dishes more than enough per person - definitely worth visiting.

Stunning pub in Knaresborough, I had the turkey Sunday roast with sticky toffee pudding and it was delicious!! Staff were very friendly and the food came super quick, I’d highly recommend!

Went for a Sunday lunch and had pre poked a table. We had a table next to a large group and it was a bit noisy but not too bad. The service was fab and very efficient, not too long to wait. Roast dinners and cauliflower cheese and a lamb tagine were ordered, all of them delicious. No room for dessert for any of us though. Second time we've been for Sunday lunch and would recommend it. The parking is in the public car parks.
