Absolutely stunning Sunday lunch! The beef was so well cooked it just melted in your mouth. The tiramisu is the best I’ve ever had! Ever! Incredible service everyone was incredibly friendly We will be back!

I had food, drinks, and an overnight stay at The Bay Horse, Goldsborough, and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. I had a fantastic time from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, the staff were amazing, and the rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. A special mention to Ben and Keeley – they are excellent people who have done a brilliant job with the pub. It has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and it was lovely to see a mix of new and familiar faces from the local village.

I’ve been looking forward to coming here ever since the new owners took over, and I’m so grateful we decided to visit today. I had really been craving the Steak and Ale pie. Even though it wasn’t on the menu, the chef was kind enough to rustle one up for me—an amazing plate, rich with delicious vegetables. It was such a lovely surprise and truly appreciated. A big thank you to Matie for chatting with us and kindly putting our order through even after your shift had ended. Thank you to Monica for serving us with such a beautiful smile, and to Barnaby for taking care of our drinks and making us feel so welcome. The whole experience was warm, friendly, and genuinely memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

Went for a meal with friends who live in the village on a Saturday night (29th November). What was on the menu sounded lovely and 3 of us ordered the Steak and Ale pie. Food arrived quickly thanks to Ben and his young assistant and was excellent, tasty, special mention to Marek the chef and good value for money. The hosts Ben and Keeley were great, witty and very friendly and who made our visit good fun. My husband and I entered as strangers and felt like we left as locals thanks to you.
