Had a superb meal here. Service was polite, friendly and prompt. Food was excellent and exactly as described on the menu. Starters were full of flavour, generous sized naan breads and one of the best curries I’ve had. I’ll be back.

I am re-posting this as my initial review appears to have been removed that undermines the whole purpose of reviews good and bad. This was an extraordinary and unique experience. We booked a table at 1900 and on arrival the chap who seemed to be running the place asked "table for two?" without asking if we'd booked let alone our name. He plonked us down in reception and within seconds we had drinks and food menus thrust in front of us (bear in mind we were not at our table). We were asked for a drink orders (I hadn't even had chance to put my spectacles on) then minutes later asked if we were ready to order food! (We hadn't opened the drinks menu let alone our food menu). Nobody was rude and I am sure the food is good but this was 90mph madness and not a dinner out experience either of us wanted. We left after less than five minutes. Perhaps the manager should install a conveyor belt system for his customers. On my initial review the owner made a defensive reply and suggested I return and make a review "that makes sense". My review was factually correct was it not?

Our favourite Indian in Knaresborough. Well run, clean inviting atmosphere with tasty food. They can offer gluten free as well.

It was mine and my partners first time here and I can assure it didn’t disappoint in the slightest. Service was incredible they were very quick and they were lovely and cheerful, we didn’t wait long for food either. And as for someone who doesn’t really try new food I absolutely loved it and it was very filling. Atmosphere was lovely it was a nice chilled environment. I would highly recommend!!
