Wonder. No other words can really do it justice. Never have I had such consistently good food and been suprised with each meal. Tapas like style works great. I would say it's best to go with medium sized groups of around 3 - 5 as too many will mean you need to get repeats or not have enough each but two few and you don't get to sample enough or have to get too much food for too few mouths Highlight was the beef massaman which I can only describe as melting in my mouth. Even without the massaman sause it was an amazing dish on its own. Deeply sad the menu changes as I will deeply miss that dish on return. Will 100 % go again and only wish I lived closer so I could get to it easier

Incredible experience! Lovely relaxed and friendly atmosphere with a luxury dining edge. Every dish was exceptionally flavoursome and creative and the service was great with every dish presented and explained on arrival. Thoroughly enjoyed and can’t wait to go back!

Everything was absolutely exceptional. The service top notch, they threw in a free glass of fizz on arrival for my partner's birthday. They allowed to order as and when we wanted, we definitely filled our boots more than the average diners hehe The place was buzzing to no surprise! The flavors were bold, some things we've never experienced before, what a treat! Thank you so much for a fantastic evening!

Lovely lunch at Norman’s in Kirkburton. Focaccia with Marmite butter, prawn-toast sausage roll with satay sauce taking familiar ideas and putting an interesting spin on them. Loved the butternut pasta, comforting without being heavy. Beef tartare on beef-fat rösti is an incredible couple of bites, and the halibut with girolles and broad beans was cooked just right. Finished with the chocolate, cherry sorbet and the miso–parsnip cookie. Relaxed yet attentive service. Looking forward to a return. Thanks

Absolutely fantastic place. My friend booked it for my birthday and they had a card and glass of fizz waiting for me. The service was outstanding and the waiter explained the menu. He was lovely and very attentive. He knew his wines too recommending some really good ones. The food is innovative and very tasty. This is an exceptional place and i would gighly recommend a visit. Book well in advance as it gets booked up early.
