Been coming here for couple of years and absolutely loving everything. Food is fantastic, pasta is always fresh and perfectly made, service is always brilliant and atmosphere is very relaxing, perfect little restaurant for any occasion. I suppose the only suggestion I may have is to add even more vegan options and you will be seeing me every week 😁
Heard many great things but it's left me thinking - and this might make me sound obnoxious - that people haven't tried truly excellent Italian food before. I had the ragu misto and the flavour was quaint but lacking the usual depth I am used to in a Ragu sauce. The meat was slow cooked but somehow dry. The portion size was also meagre for £20. The waiters were absolutely lovely and attentive on the other hand, but not enough to save from the listless food.
Wanted a new food adventure, and as a Muslim, it is difficult. Yet Grazie was a delightful culinary experience. Starter was mind blowing...enjoyed the fried dough balls in mint with ricotta mousse, so light and refreshing. Worked so well and pleasantly surprised. The gongonzola gnocchi was beautiful too with delicate touch from the figs honey and hazelnuts. One or two more fig pieces would be ideal for me. Found the cherry dessert dry, cherry and ice cream saved it, yet didn't enjoy. Didn't fit in with the rest of meal. Will try the mousse or tiramisu next time. Service was brilliant, attentive & friendly. Chilled environment. 3 course meal £47. Service charge included which I don't like, would have given more any how. Overall glad I adventured outside my comfort zone and went to Grazie, enjoyed the experience, starter and main were delicious, service was beautiful....will go back again, try a few different dishes and enjoy like tapas with friends.
Photo's don't do this food justice From stepping inside to leaving the staff here couldn't be more helpful and attentive. The food was excellent, freshly made pasta, choice of drinks and cocktails/cocktails. Enjoyed our visit and would recommend here👍
Small, cosy Italian restaurant with an open kitchen in the city centre. We ate on a Saturday lunchtime and the place was full with a buzzing atmosphere. The menu has some interesting dishes from Southern Italy. The Venison carpaccio was the stand out course but it was let down by being too cold, I prefer this served at room temperature and not straight out the the fridge. We both had pasta dishes for mains which were good but the pasta was very firm and we both would have preferred it cooked a little longer. Staff were friendly and efficient and service swift.
